Sign up for AdSense greyed out with Blogger AdMob YouTube

I have tried to add adsense plugin blogger, but whenever I do it is greyed out and will not let me click on it. It just states "Your blog doesn't qualify for Adsense."

The way that Blogger allows users to sign up for Adsense when creating a new blog suggested to me that it would be usable immediately, but this may be a poor assumption.

Do I not have enough content or is there a problem with Adsense/Blogger?

However when I went to enable adsense it's it greyed out and it states "Your blog doesn't qualify for Adsense." I don't understand, at first I thought it must be the blogs age because I just created it today, then I thought well I'm in the US it should be approved.

Find a person from adsense pub ID

Last year in October my domain name BLOGNAMEHERE was hijacked and transfered from my Godaddy account to another privacy Namecheap customer. Now I see that has adsense code on it and I want to know how to find the person through the AdSense publisher ID ca-pub-1234567889. Also I want to report to google like stolen domain.

Any help is welcome!

Google Adsense Tips, Tricks, and Secrets

I’ve been reading a few forums and blogs about Google Adsense tips lately, and thought it would be helpful to consolidate as many as possible in one place without the comments. I’ve also thrown in a few tips of my own. We start out with some of the basic general stuff and move to the more specific topics later on.

Build an Empire?

When you’re deciding to become a website publisher you will fall into one of two broad categories:
  • Publish 100 websites that each earn $1 a day profit
  • Publish 1 website that earns $100 a day profit
The reality of it is, most people end up somewhere in between. Having 100 websites leaves you with maintenance, management and content issues. Having one website leaves you open to all sort of fluctuations (search engines algorithm’s, market trends, etc). You can adapt your plan on the way, but you’ll have an easier time if you start out going in the direction of where you want to end up.

General or Niche

You can build your website around general topics or niche ones. Generally speaking niche websites work better with adsense. First off the ad targeting is much better. Secondly as you have a narrow focus your writing naturally becomes more expert in nature. Hopefully this makes you more authority in your field.
If this is your first try at building an adsense website, make it about something you enjoy. It will make the process much easier and less painful to accomplish. You should however make sure that your topic has enough of an ad inventory and the payout is at a level you are comfortable with. You may love medieval folk dancing, but the pool of advertisers for that subject is very small (in fact it’s currently zero).

Google Adsense - Allow and Block Ads

Use this section to review and allow or block all ads that have been placement targeted to your site(s). Learn more...

Advertisers may be notified of your specific allow and block ads settings so that they may comply with them and return appropriate ads.

Settings: Hold ads for 24 hours so they can be reviewed - change

Run ads immediately means that all new ads that are placement-targeted to your site will be allowed to show automatically. You can later review these ads on the Allowed tab.

Holding ads means that you'll have 24 hours to take action on new ads before they are automatically allowed to run on your sites. Holding ads for review may have a negative

Affiliate site? The Florida update went after affiliates with a vengeance - flower and travel affiliates were hit hard - cookie-cutter sites with massive inter-linking, but little unique content. Subsequent updates have also targeted affiliates.
BAD
41
Over optimization penalty (OOP) Penalty for over-compliance with well-established, accepted web optimization practices. Too high keyword repetition (keyword stuffing) may get you the OOP. Overuse of H1 tags has been mentioned. Meta-tag stuffing.

Link to a bad neighborhood Don't link to link farms, FFAs (Free For All's)
Also, don't forget to check the Google status of EVERYONE you link to periodically. A site may go "bad", and you can end up being penalized, even though you did nothing. For instance, some failed real estate sites have been switched to p0rn by unscrupulous webmasters, for the traffic. This is not good for you, if you are linking to the originally legitimate URL.

Google link reporting continues to display just a SMALL fraction of your actual backlinks, and they are NOT just greater than PR4 - they are mixed.

Historically, FAST counted best (www.alltheweb.com).

Incoming links from high-ranking pages
In 2004, Google used to count (report) the links from all PR4+ pages that linked to you. In 2005-2006, Google reported only a small fraction of the links, in what seemed like an almost random manner. In Feb. 2007, Google markedly upgraded (increased) the number of links that they report.

Traffic Buying Have you paid a company for web traffic? It is probably low quality traffic, with a zero conversion rate. Some providers of traffic for traffic's sake may be considered "bad neighborhoods". Can Google discount your traffic (for true popularity), because they know it's mostly phony?

. Notes to the Above 120 Google Ranking Factors :

.Google Ranking Factors :
1
I have tried to summarize the best opinions of many webmaster forum posters.
2
There are no published rules - this is my continuously changing compilation of SEO chatter. This is my semi-annual, one-way technical Google ranking blog, if you will.
3
If your keywords are Rare and Unique, then Page Rank doesn't matter.
4
If your keywords are very Competitive, then Page Rank becomes very important.
5
The fewer incoming links that you have, the more important on-page factors are, for noncompetitive terms.
6
There are a million ifs, ors, buts . . . I am attempting a concise summary.
Exceptions to EACH of the POSITIVE ON-Page factors are frequent and many.
However, I feel that it is important to score highly on as many factors as possible, since factor weight and even factor consideration are changing constantly - CYA. Not to mention the other SEs.
7
A few words about the LANGUAGE used on the Google site -
in a phrase - "soft spoken". We see it everywhere these days.
I am referring to understatement, sometimes even to the point of confusion.
"significant", "may", etc.
For example, when Google states that maybe it might not be a good idea to do a particular thing, what they SOMETIMES really mean is "If you do it, you are history".
Some Google suggestions are actually commands (STRONG HINTS) in disguise.
At some point, you begin to realize this.
Google just can't tell us everything, literally. So take the hints.
8
Become religious. Seek the light. It's there, but you gotta look.
LISTEN UP! Read the rules. Read between the lines. Carefully.
Differentiate. Project. Carefully analyze your own situation.
